The presence of minor flaws, discreet shade differences and natural marking in the leather heighten the quality and uniqueness of the materials and should not be treated as defects. Random, small scratches and colour differences are only some of the identifying characteristics of genuine leather and should not be treated as defects.
A limited numbers of OUTLET products may with some minor signs of display, fitting or longer shelf time. Such signs would not affect the overall quality of products, and are reflected on the discount price offered, with our gratitude to your efforts on sustainability.
Return could only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in its original and un-used condition, while tags, labels and protectors must not have been removed.
No return label will be provided under any circumstances. All returns must be made at own cost, and we do not refund shipping costs or customs charges in any case.
Incomplete products, such as missing accessories, gift items, tags and labels, or without packaging, also returned at a damaged, worn, soiled or with signs of wear or fitting will not be accepted, or we will charge for a cost per the situation, and we reserved the rights on all decisions.
