All Beracamy products are crafted using premium materials, with meticulous attention to design and detail. 

Please note that minor imperfections, subtle variations in colour, and natural markings are inherent to genuine leather and are not considered defects. Small scratches or tonal differences are distinctive characteristics of real leather and part of what makes each item unique.

Outlet items may show minor signs of display, handling, or extended shelf time. These do not affect the overall quality of the product and are reflected in the discounted pricing, as part of our commitment to sustainability.

We prioritise customer satisfaction, and only items that have passed our rigorous quality inspections are dispatched.

As part of a hassle-free online shopping experience, we offer a No-Questions-Asked return policy within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is brand new, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Sale and discounted Outlet items are not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition, with all tags, labels, and protective elements intact.

  • Products must be repackaged in their original packaging, including all internal stuffing, wrapping, dust bag, accessories, and any complimentary items.

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and select Request Return from your order history.

  2. After submitting your request, return the parcel using a tracked postal service and share the tracking details with us once dispatched.

Alternatively, you may use a return label provided by us and drop off the parcel at your nearest designated drop-off location.

Returned items are sent directly to our international warehouse for inspection. A refund will be issued once the return has been processed and approved.

Incomplete returns—missing packaging, accessories, tags, or showing signs of wear, use, damage, or staining—will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding returns.

For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their return policies. Such items must not be returned to us directly.
